Returning Original Artwork:

My hope is that you are completely satisfied with the original artwork that you purchase. However, if you are unsatisfied with you order contact me within 24 hrs of receiving your order.

Damaged Order

  • If you receive your product and there is damage to the product please contact us within 24 hrs of receiving your mail.

  • Send an email to: HOLA@VIVIRCREATIVIDAD.COM with the subject “PURCHASE ORDER DAMAGE”

    • Send pictures of the damage 2-3 pictures

    • Once we receive your message we will contact you within 1-2 days.

    • We will discuss the next step from there.


Digital Download

I would like you to be 100% satisfied with your digital order purchase. However, if you are unsatisfied with your digital purchase contact me at HOLA@VIVIRCREATIVIDAD.COM within 24 hours of your order to discuss your order further.


Shipping

After your order is received please allow up to 2 weeks to prepare the package. You will receive an email with the information on your order.

Refunds on shipping unfortunately cannot be refunded at this time. Customer must pay shipping to return an item. Unfortunately I cannot cover the cost of orders that need to be returned.
